The above methods are up to you to choose. If you do not provide relevant information, ZXFANS Zhiyoufan platform will not be able to create an account for you and provide services

2.2 After you have successfully registered, you can selectively fill in your personal information in the personal information column, such asyour nickname, avatar, emailrelated information. This type of information belongs to your 'account information', and the additional account information you provide will help us provide you with a better shopping experience as a member service. However, if you do not provide these additional information, it will not affect your basic function usage

2.3 After successful registration, you can selectively fill in your family information in the family column, such asyour family name, family picture, room name, and family locationrelated information. This type of information belongs to your 'family information', and the additional family information you provide will help us provide you with a better intelligent experience (for example, when there are multiple lights, we can quickly locate and manage the bedroom lights, not the living room lights). But if you do not provide these supplementary information, it will not affect your basic functionality. We may collect your location information and set certain rules to achieve linkage between smart devices under specific conditions (such as automatically turning on the garage lights when you are almost home at night)

2.4 When you choose to order goods or provide delivery services, we will require you to provide your name, contact information, and shipping address in order to process your order and after-sales issues. At the same time, the relevant product order information will record the specific order number, order creation time, payment amount, and your note information corresponding to the product or service you purchased. We collect this information for the smooth completion of your transaction, to ensure the security of your transaction, to facilitate your order inquiry services, to provide after-sales customer service installation services, and for other purposes that we have explicitly stated

When your IoT device is connected to the internet for the first time or when changing the network environment, you need to go through the device distribution process. In order to accurately select and configure WiFi networks, we need to apply for location permissions on our mobile phones during the distribution process to obtain the WiFi list. At the same time, the distribution process will take your WiFi network and password to complete the device distribution. WiFi passwords are personal sensitive information that is only saved locally on the device and will not be uploaded to cloud servers. The ZXFANS Smart Youfan platform does not collect WiFi passwords. At the same time, it is convenient to bind devices in the future. The APP will encrypt and save the WiFi password locally, which will be automatically filled in the password for the next device networking, so as to quickly connect devices to the network

2.6 During your use of our products and services, in order to identify abnormal states of your account or device, understand or optimize the compatibility of our products and services, and provide application version upgrades or firmware upgrade services, we will collect your usage information and store it as network log information, including the hardware model, hardware unique device identifier, MAC address, IP address, operating system version, registration date, and settings of the devices used to access the services. In order to provide better intelligent experience services, we will collect relevant usage information of your IoT devices, such as device model, device operating status, device usage frequency, power consumption, environmental temperature, and environmental humidity. Some of the devices you bind have built-in cameras and voice service functions. When you use these functions, we collect information about your conversations, audio, video, and images with the bound IoT devices

2.7 When you use the ZXFANS intelligent Youfan platform voice device and voice services, when you activate or wake up the smart device, we will automatically receive and record the audio information generated by your interaction with the device terminal, and use this information to optimize the intelligent recognition system's ability to understand the content you express< Please note that if the device or program only collects voice information after the wake-up function is turned on. If you refuse us to collect the above information, please turn off the device's information collection function or do not wake up the device, but after turning it off, you will not be able to receive related services

2.8 When you enable the device or app location function and use our location-based services, we collect location information so that you do not need to manually enter your geographic coordinates to access the relevant services. We will use IP Address, GPS And other sensors that can provide relevant information (such as nearby devices, WLAN access points, and base stations) are used for positioning. You can disable the location function through system authorization, stop our collection of your geographic location information, and after disabling it, you will not be able to use the relevant functions or achieve the intended effect of the relevant services. Attention: Collecting your current location information is to provide you with environmental services and fast device distribution services, and will not track your whereabouts

2.9 In order to help us understand the operation of the ZXFANS Intelligent Fan Platform, we may record relevant information, such as yourusage frequency, crash data, overall usage, and performance data. We will not associate the information stored in the analysis software with any of your personal information

2.10 It should be noted that individual device information and service log information cannot identify the identity of a specific natural person. If we combine this type of information with other information to identify the identity of a specific natural person, or use it in conjunction with other personal information, during the period of combined use, this non personal information will be considered personal information. Unless authorized by you or otherwise provided by laws and regulations, we will anonymize and de identify this type of information

2.11 In the "third-party platform device" business, we will cooperate with third-party service providers, which involves us obtaining your personal information from the third-party service providers. We will obtain your following personal information under the condition that you bind a third-party account: The information of third-party accounts, including your nickname and avatar, is used to display on the ZXFANS Zhiyoufan platform; Partial device list added on third-party applications, used to display devices in the "ZXFANS Smart Fan" application; Device and network information, including device identifiers, MAC addresses, and device serial numbers, is used to identify the currently working device and perform device security control. 2.12 In addition, to provide online feedback on app usage issues, we need to collect the following information from you: contact information, problem description, problem phenomenon pictures or videos. If you use the ZXFANS Smart Fan service, Xiaomi Push The SDK needs to read your device identification number and network related information for pushing/issuing notification bar messages; If you use weather services, intelligent scene services, and Baidu Maps SDK, you need to open the device location permission and obtain the location, device identification number, and network related information of your mobile device

For the use of third-party SDKs, we will authorize our partners to obtain relevant business information based on the premise of asynchronous user personal data. At the same time, we will conduct strict security checks on third-party SDK application programming interfaces (APIs) and software development kits (SDKs), and sign strict data protection agreements with our partners to process personal information in accordance with our entrusted purposes, service instructions, this privacy policy, and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures

5 Public Disclosure

Unless otherwise provided by law, ZXFANS Zhiyoufan platform will store your information for the following period:

7.3 After an unfortunate personal information security incident occurs, we will inform you of the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident, the disposal measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to independently prevent and reduce risks, and remedial measures for you in accordance with legal requirements. After receiving your valid request and verifying your identity, we will take corresponding measures according to your requirements or specific circumstances (including but not limited to suspending the login and use of the account, unbinding and deleting smart devices bound to the account, etc.). If any losses are caused to you and other users due to taking corresponding measures according to your request, you shall bear the responsibility on your own. 8.5.4 After you withdraw your consent or authorization, we will no longer be able to provide you with the services corresponding to the withdrawal of consent or authorization, and we will no longer process your corresponding personal information. 9 Personal Information Subject Account Cancellation
